Orange Smoothie

Orange Smoothie

Ingredients (use vegan versions):

    5 or more ice cubes
    1 banana
    1/2 cup soy milk
    3 tablespoon frozen orange juice
    2 tablespoon silken tofu (optional=it adds creaminess and protein)

Directions:

Crush the ice cubes in a blender. Then add the the orange juice, banana, tofu, and the soymilk.  Blend until creamy.

Serves: 1 person
